THE 30-DAY EXPERIMENT Β· DAY 0
Day 1 starts 3 September. This page updates every evening with the day's ratings. Come back tomorrow for the first wall.
Every self-improvement habit the internet tells you to do. Tested for 30 days, rated every day, given a verdict.
I spent years learning how to look better and never learned how to live better. So for 30 days I am running every big habit at once, tracking all of it daily, and being honest about what held up once the novelty wore off. On day 30 every habit gets a final verdict: KEEP, COPE, or KEEP, but modified.
Baseline disclosures, already true before day 1: no junk food and no gooning. Saying so up front because the honesty is the whole point.
π The habit wall
Rated every evening, out of 10, for how much it helped that day rather than how hard it was. Open any habit for the claim, the mechanism, how I run it and every day so far. The verdict moves as the evidence comes in.

Every day so far, with ratings and one honest line per day: the daily log.
π The starting line and the rules
- 30 consecutive days, 2 September to 1 October. No rest days, no reset button.
- Every habit tracked every day. Ratings happen in the evening while the feeling is still fresh, and the raw recording gets kept even when it is ugly.
- The journey publishes as ten short chapters, roughly one every three days, on Instagram. Between chapters: appearance diagnoses from real consultations.
- A verdict can change when later evidence contradicts it. Day 30 gives the final wall.
- Day 0 baseline (photo, weight, sleep, mood) gets recorded tonight and goes up here on Day 1.

Pick your level and start the same day I do. One habit held for a week beats nine habits dropped by Wednesday, and I will be proving that live.
