How the slot works
- Under each chapter on Instagram, the top comment that names a real daily habit goes on the queue below.
- One audience habit runs at a time, for at least six days, so the verdict means something.
- The next top comment waits in the queue. Nothing jumps the line.
- When a slot opens, the habit gets its own page on this wall, researched and written up the same way as the other eight, before day 1 of its run.
What gets skipped, and why
- Habits that are not daily. A weekly thing cannot be rated every evening.
- Habits that are unsafe, or that need a doctor to sign off. I will say which, and why.
- Habits already on the wall, or close enough that the log could not tell them apart.
- Joke comments, however good. The verdict has to be honest to be worth anything.
How the top comment is decided
Most liked comment 48 hours after the chapter goes live. If that comment does not name a daily habit, the next one down that does.

- Empty until Chapter 1. Comment under the video and check back here.
What would change my mind
Same rules as everything else. KEEP if it earns a 7 or above across its run and I would keep doing it on day 31. COPE if it does not. KEEP, but modified if a smaller version does the job.
